Call for Abstracts (Oral or Poster Presentation)
1. Type of Presentation
 Oral or Poster Presentation.
 The scientific committee will review all submitted abstracts and determine the
final presentation format (Oral or Poster) based on the content and quality.
2. Abstract Submission Guidelines
 Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon)
on October 15, 2026.
 Before submitting an abstract, please carefully read the following guidelines.
 Title: Limited to 20 words.
 Body Text: Limited to 400 words. Tables, graphs, images, and references
must not be included in the abstract body.
 Authors & Co-authors: Maximum of 10 authors. Must include First and
Family names.
 Affiliations: Maximum of 10 affiliations. Must include department, institution
(hospital), and country.
3. Acceptance/Rejection of the Abstract
 The congress organizer will decide whether to accept or reject the abstract,
and finalize the presentation format.
 Notification of acceptance will be sent by the beginning of November 2026.
 Please note that the congress organizer will make the final allocation of all
accepted abstracts.
4. Oral Presentation Guidelines
 Time Allocation: 7 minutes for presentation, followed by 3 minutes for
discussion. Speakers will be reminded one minute before the end of their
allotted time with one bell ring, and with two bell rings at the end of the
allotted time.

 Data Format: All presentations must be made in the form of PC presentation
with Microsoft PowerPoint for one screen. Please save your presentation as
Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows (ver. 2019, 2013, or 2010). Be sure that
your file is compatible with Windows operation system and use only the
standard fonts provided with Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows.
 Conflict of Interest (COI): COI should be openly declared and identified at
the beginning of each presentation.
 Awards: The scientific committee will select 3 presenters to receive the
Outstanding Oral Presentation Award. Each winner will be awarded a
certificate of merit.
5. Poster Layout & Preparation Guidelines
 Mounting Deadline: Must be mounted on the designated board by 9:00 AM
on Monday, December 14, 2026.
 Size Limit: Width 80 cm x Height 110 cm (Portrait orientation).
 Header Section (Top 20 cm):
o Include the Presentation Title, Author Names, and Affiliations.
o The presenting author's name must be underlined or indicated with a
small circle (∘).

 Content Structure: The poster body should be clearly divided into distinct
sections: Objective/Background, Materials and Methods, Results, and
Conclusion.
 Font & Visibility: Fonts should be large enough to be easily readable from a
distance of 1.5 to 2 meters. Avoid dense blocks of text; use bullet points, clear
graphs, and high-resolution clinical images where possible.
 Conflict of Interest (COI): A brief COI disclosure statement must be
included at the bottom right corner of the poster.
